As a Competitive Intelligence specialist and former policewoman, I have the ability to gather, analyze and use information on competitors/opponents, customers and other market factors that contribute to the competitive advantage of a person or company, and help them discover emerging market trends and opportunities.

 

Thanks to my academic background, notably my Executive MBA and my Master in Information Sciences (technology monitoring and innovation), I have a broader understanding of the business world and the functioning of a company and, above all, the ability to identify the keys to its success by analyzing its sector, its environment, its competitors and its products in order to guide its future strategy.

Passionate about research and investigation and new technologies, I am specialized in intelligence in the aeronautical and space sector (civil, commercial and military activity), which also concerns the arms industry. Aircraft manufacturing encompasses the design, manufacturing, assembly, inspection and testing of components. This industry is vast because it also includes interconnected networks of subcontractors and suppliers. Technologically and industrially, the aeronautics, space and military industries are very close.

This aerospace sector is particularly interesting because it is very innovative: they make significant research and development efforts, and the technologies developed for this sector are then found in other activities, such as clothing (e.g. protection against radiation) , food (freeze-dried etc.) or automobiles (e.g. GPS). This sector also manufactures weapons (e.g. non-lethal weapons), sensors (radars, sonars and optronic equipment) as well as electronic warfare and communication systems. Obviously this industry aims to strengthen operational efficiency for optimal defense. Defense secrecy reigns there.

Through Operation EagleWiseR, I also had to delve into the secretive and unforgiving world of the elite and find solutions to stay alive and generally healthy while venturing there.
